      I worked here for almost 4 years and met wonderful mentors and colleagues. During my time, I had the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously. This gave me a strong amount of experience in a short span.

      Minpunten

      The work gave me a lot of knowledge and experience, but it came at the cost of a hectic lifestyle. I was handling two full projects for US clients, and both believed I was working solely on their project. On top of that, I was assigned 2 to 3 juniors to train and support. It became overwhelming.

      Minpunten

      Fast-paced environment may be challenging initially. Need for even more structured training programs for newcomers. Limited on-site global exposure (more opportunities can help). Processes can sometimes evolve faster than communication. Occasional tight deadlines in project deliveries.

      Pluspunten

      Ksolves providing environment to explore the new technologies in the industry. Work flexibility is the one major advantage to work here. Getting work responsibility as per the skill and role .
