I don't find any pros in the company

Minpunten

Office politics and the people in the company are very rude and don't even have enough experience and knowledge in what domain they are working The employees on bench are nevertheless useful for the company, they just get the salary and do stupid works and ask people to follow them The worst part is, they make you call as "Sir" which is disgusting in professional career. In my opinion it's just building fake reviews and showing fake profits for getting the projects

Fast-paced environment may be challenging initially. Need for even more structured training programs for newcomers. Limited on-site global exposure (more opportunities can help). Processes can sometimes evolve faster than communication. Occasional tight deadlines in project deliveries.
