      Absolutely committed, wonderful staff, led by visionary co-founders who have created the foundations of a must-have service for researchers to communicate their research, and to understand how their communication efforts relate to increased impact for their research. Very strong marketing and PR. In spite of the small size of the company, everyone has heard of them. Incredibly friendly, inclusive and respectful management.

      - Interesting company and product vision - Fully remote working and lots of flexibility - Conscientious management and co-workers - New product and site in the process of being launched - it's an interesting time to be working at Kudos - There's a degree of speed and flexibility that is not found in larger organisations - Willingness to test and learn - Is fairly established and driving significant revenue unlike many startups

      - As you'd expect with a startup things are in flux to an extent and you have to be on your toes and able to adapt and be comfortable with change. This should be a positive though if you're cut out to work in a startup!
