The work is challenging as marketing is constantly changing, but the team and the clients make it truly enjoyable. I learn something new every day and feel my contributions are acknowledged and valued. While I love working in a fully remote environment, the setting can make it more difficult for new employees to become integrated into the company. You really need to be someone who jumps in and takes initiative to get to know other team members and learn from them.
