PTSD forever due to owner locking doors and not letting anyone go home! What do you expect from someone who belittled their own wife in front of the entire staff.

Pluspunten

Zoals elke MSP heeft L7 Solutions het erg druk en zit het vol met projecten en werk om voor te zorgen. Maar in tegenstelling tot de meeste MSP's zijn ze zeer ijverig, georganiseerd, gedetailleerd en teamspelers. Ze werken heel hard om ervoor te zorgen dat klanten tevreden en veilig zijn. L7 werkt om ervoor te zorgen dat u tevreden bent en het beste uit uw positie haalt. Er valt altijd iets te leren en beter in te worden. Als je wilt leren en groeien als ingenieur, dan is dit de beste plek om naartoe te gaan. Als je deel wilt uitmaken van een team dat luistert, dingen bespreekt, geduldig is en er echt van geniet... Ik denk eerlijk gezegd dat ze de beste zijn. Ze hebben een wachtdienst, maar de dingen zijn zo georganiseerd dat er zouden helemaal niet veel telefoontjes binnenkomen.

Minpunten

Zoals elke MSP heeft L7 het erg druk en kan het erg stressvol zijn. Als je echter goed kunt plannen en goed kunt communiceren wanneer iets anders prioriteit moet krijgen, is dat geen probleem. De positieve omgeving helpt.

Pluspunten

Pay and benefits are good. A lot of interesting and useful automation is used. You can learn a lot. Hours are great. Paid holidays. Management is open to ideas, there are sometimes meetings where they will buy lunch for the office. Certifications are reimbursed

Minpunten

It’s a very bitter and negative environment where everyone is afraid and on edge ready to stab you in the back over nothing. People play favorites and the clique game for who gets more or less work, so you can end up being overwhelmed daily while others get to fool around and gossip about you. Very angry and confrontational environment makes an already inherently difficult job even more difficult. Open shouting matches in the office are common. Documentation is sometimes poor or outdated, and you are expected to be an expert from that documentation and also continually update it, but where is the time when you have 40-50 tickets to juggle and more being tossed on top? Difficult to ask for help/questions, some people literally ignore you to your face as if you are not there, others will get upset that you are asking them a question and tell you to go ask someone else, or purposely give you bad advice to sabotage you. Disrespectful environment. There is no resemblance of a team it is just every man for himself. Very high turnover of employees.
