A empresa é uma grande chatice e totalmente desinteressante para um jovem, todo dia será a mesma coisa sem nenhuma surpresa ou desafio, a cultura é totalmente engessada e chata. Os valores da empresa não são aplicados no dia a dia. Horário totalmente inflexível. SE VOCÊ É JOVEM E QUER UM DESAFIO, FUJAAAAAAAAAAAA.

Everything is need to know. Way too siloed! Culture says to take ownership, but without being able to improve a process. Takes too longer to be recognized and promoted, unless your supervisor is willing fight for you or take on the extra work in replacing you.
