Very unsafe and humiliating for girls. Almost 70% of men are corrupt and characterless. Although all are married and quiet old but that doesn't matter for them. They do unhealthy flirt with girls of their daughter's age. No job security. They hire somebody without knowing the purpose why are they hiring and then fire in few days. And girls will be hired easily if she is good looking irrespective of their talent. Lots of politics. No future of the company. People are very unprofessional but few are extremely good and professional just 30%.
