The only decent thing about this place is starting pay is decent

Minpunten

Apply for higher position within the company and was told multiple times in the interview with the plant manager that and I quote " I'm not saying your old but the other guys are younger" and then was passed over for the position.

Everyone in the USC office is super friendly and they have great benefits.

Minpunten

You are required to go into the office 3 days a week. I personally like getting to see people, but some people may not enjoy that.
