Good benefits, great work mates, friendly environment, fun job, beautiful weather, close to the beach.

Minpunten

Working within a theme park environment is fun, but trying to do you job by being creative and focused...as well as putting on the 'happy happy joy joy' face for the guests is sometime difficult to balance. :)

- Not too hard of a job-when it comes to lifeguarding -Access and discounts for LEGOLAND, great if you have friends or family with kids -Delicious food w/decent discount

Minpunten

- Management is VERY hierarchial, hard to establish relationship with coworkers and bosses due to the sheer size of the Aquatic division at Water Park - Hard to get recognized for good work, recognized for errors based on communication issues from management -blamed for errors due to communication issues from management -A good walk from parking lot to water park
