Management are badly led, no direction, treat staff very badly. No idea of the end goal, due to inexperience within the UK management team.

Employees have a voice, management may not always agree with the comment(s), but employees do have a voice. The owner truly cares about the employees. LEMAN has integrity and morals which they stand by daily. The salaries could be better, but they are also not a Billion $ company.

Minpunten

Management can be slow in making the right decision. They hold on to incompetent employees too long.
