Pluspunten
The other JUNIOR staff. The junior staff on the account side are generally nice people and make coming into work not as bad. That's about it. Everything else about this agency is absolutely terrible. I understand many PR agencies have high turnover rates and have their shares of issues but this is one place I wouldn't even recommend you set foot in. Its as if the leadership woke up one day and decided "lets create a pr agency" without the experience or knowledge needed to create and run one. So, besides the junior account staff, you wont find too many other positives here.

Its difficult to give the "best reasons" to work at Levick because it really is an awful place to work. The work isn't stimulating or challenging, in fact, some would argue its not real PR at all. The Senior Management doesn't treat the junior staff well at all. In fact, they treat the junior staff as if they are disposable. In addition to terrible work and leadership, the pay is terrible and if you try to negotiate for performing well, you more than likely will not get a dime. Just look at the turnover rate and that says it all. This is a very unprofessional agency and all around terrible place to work.
