Gender Bias - Male domimated senior leadership - alot like Korean Culture Racism is rife here; non-koreans are pre-judged as lazy and that lack of trust in non koreans often leads too your work being done behind your back; by your Korean manager or Korean colleagues; this is throughout the organisation.
