In my 20+ years of working life I have never experienced and witness soo much bullying and gasslighting as I have in Lifescan. I have seen my colleagues bullied by lab management, I have witness management following members of staff to lockers/toilets for a little impromtu "chats" ( without anyone else present) that left my colleagues in tears. I have seen the detrimental effect this has on people's mental and physical wellbeing. How well or not you do your job is completely irrelevant in regards to your progress within the company, only contributing factor is if management likes you. As long as you are friends ( even better if more than friends) with management, you can come to work drunk every day and you will still get to keep your job.
