I also really appreciate that LINC has a social mission that I believe in and doesn't believe that making money is the true goal of the business. I've had smart and creative colleagues here who I enjoy spending time with, both at work and outside of work. As I said, LINC is a small business, so while that creates great opportunities on the positive side, it also means that sometimes we all have to roll up our sleeves and do work that entry level people might take on at a larger company.
