Pluspunten
I worked in the field. Everyone was friendly and demonstrated a team mentality and willingness to help anytime. Managers were engaged and helpful. Territory was appropriately sized and quotas seemed reasonable and attainable. Those who met their quota were compensated very well. Good products.
Minpunten
Low salary. Those who didn't meet quota barely survived. Folks in the home office complained of incessant micro-management, particularly from the office manager. If things were not going well in the field, the executive management tended to panic and make rash decisions. Trainers sometimes provide misinformation about competitive activities and products. I would prefer to hear the truth about the competitors and make my own decisions about how to address it.
