We appreciate your thoughts on commission structure and stock availability – both are areas we regularly review to ensure we're supporting our teams and meeting customer needs. Depending on the people you work with the job is manageable and can be easy to do.

Minpunten

Can be understaffed which puts workload on current team members. Higher ups are not your friends or have your back. Corporate is very customer first but to the extent that the team isn't always respected. Pay is not a living wage.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We've invested heavily over the last 2 years in our systems and infrastructure. We're not too sure what you mean by "corporate" this in't a term we use within LOFT uk. As an employer we do pay above "real" living wage which is actually more than "national" living wage. We always try to be inclusive and supportive of all our staff, however within any business you may not be "friends" with all your colleagues.
