Pluspunten
The remote work, but it does not allow any down time. I suppose the hours are somewhat flexible if you're only looking for weekdays, otherwise they pretty much laugh in your face. My coworkers are awesome. The PTO is only good as long as you've been with the company over 5 years.
Minpunten
The pay is abysmal at best. I've only ever gotten 2 raises. The bonuses are a bad joke most years, if you get one. You're actually better off working somewhere like Target for the pay, sadly. They love to micromanage. It's gotten better, but I've actually been pulled into tele-meetings with more than one manager for literal bathroom breaks. If you're looking for remote work that allows you to also catch up on non-work things during the down time, this is NOT the job for you. It's very get up and go. There is no down time. Training is rough. You don't get much of it and they don't usually take their time. And this job has a fairly steep learning curve. To add to the difficulties of learning new things, some management has a hard time answering time sensitive questions in a timely manner. I've asked for more training in many different things many, many times and been brushed off. I've been told multiple times I will be trained on something "soon" and if I don't remind them, I never hear back.
