With the previous COO, LRES was a company that inspired collaboration, teamwork and a purpose larger than that of the individual. Teamwork and professional conduct were encouraged rather than discouraged (as it is today).

With the current COO, it is now a company that inspires conflict, discord and strife. Almost every department or objective he gets involved in fails miserably yet nobody is holding him accountable rather he holds those below him accountable instead. The COO chronically criticizes other members of the executive and senior management team and uses bully tactics to get his way. Finally, there's no job security as the COO's poor leadership skills use an old-school "negative-reciprocity" ideology rather than a "positive reinforcement" one. Lives have and will continue to be ruined. There are long-time employees that have little or no real corporate experience, however, when corporate professionals are brought in there is a staunch resistance to any experience they may bring in and they contrive to force them out through turf protection, maligning and consistently putting themselves or their departments before the organization. The failure to diversify their sales and the incessant reluctance to adopt strong, fluid business processes that enable high throughput and quality is a blemish on the leadership team.
