Amazing coworkers and supervisors. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, interesting, funny, smart, and have such a vast amount of experience in their respective fields. You can tell they really want you to learn, gain experience, and help you begin your career. Regardless if that career is here at their company or somewhere else down the road.

Given my time here and my role I cannot think of any cons at this time.

Literally advice I got from other women at the company were to “find a man who will back your opinions” because they were aware that they wouldn’t be heard *”Culture” = listen to men talk about work *”Leadership” = don’t ask “stupid” questions *”Work Life Balance” = work all the time
