In general, some good talent works inside the employee benefits (EB) practice. Work product is solid, gets updated often and moves with the market. Company is generous to charitable organizations. The office space was recently upgraded and is quite pleasant to work inside and welcome to guests.
Minpunten
Seven EB leadership changes in the past 8 years. Also, very heavy employee turnover within the ranks of Account Manager's and Benefit Analyst's. A few office bullies make the department culture uneasy and at times hostile. Top company Leaders are not sincere, not accountable/out of touch, at times volatile and often exercise bad judgment. Current EB leadership does not know how to lead a department of this size and complexity.
