Corporate doesnt know what really its going on on the branches. pretty much they not value their employees, internal & noninternal, the only thing they care is about the $$$$. Trainings are low quality & the pay its too low as well for all you have to do! They dont follow up the complains more when its about internal harrasment/ discrimination cases. They dont have your back in anything, Doesnt have a relationship as a company. doesnt have a quality as a company at all.
