I've been a part of a number of startups, each with their own pros and cons, and none have had their sh*t together as much as Ladder. Given just how much the team has accomplished since March, you'd think the company was comprised of way more people, but nahh—we're just a small team that knows how to get stuff done. A huge bonus for me is that since the company is smaller, there's a level of transparency and openness that I've not experienced with other jobs. Our CEO and founders are an incredible force who are all so approachable and are always open to new ways/ideas on how to further grow/innovate the company. Their passion definitely sets the company culture as this is an incredibly driven bunch. This is also my first job in the fitness industry, and I gotta say—I love it. Not only have I had the opportunity to meet some of the top trainers in our country, but part of my job is also testing out their workouts. So yeah, part of my job is working out—it's pretty freakin' baller. All in all, I love the team, I love the company, and I love the work I do.

Like any startup that's destined for greatness, you're going to put in a lot of hours.
