The hardest part about this place is watching good people give everything they have while leadership keeps making things harder. The people who make decisions are far removed from what is actually happening, but somehow they still want to control over every little thing. You can share ideas, bring up problems, or offer better ways to do things, and most of the time it goes nowhere. People stop speaking up because it just is not worth the energy. Good employees are leaving left and right.
Their system is chaotic and frustrating. Plans change out of nowhere, instructions are unclear, and somehow you are still expected to make it all work without missing a beat. Communication is messy, and a lot of people are left trying to piece things together on their own. Even simple questions can make you feel like you are asking for too much. It gets exhausting always trying to figure out what is going on instead of just doing your job.
Support is nonexistent. It is sink or swim. Staff stay late, answer messages on their time off, and keep pushing because they care. Meanwhile leadership acts like that level of sacrifice is just normal. Burnout is everywhere, but nobody seems interested in fixing what is causing it. People just leave, and the work gets dumped on whoever is still around.
The longer I stayed, the more uncomfortable some things started to look. A few decisions did not sit right with me, and some of it felt flat out unethical. Concerns got brushed off, accountability never seemed to reach the top, and the same issues kept coming back. This place is terrible. Just read the reviews and not the good ones.
