Workload is very low actually

Salary Increment is low and below market

Very traditional family company, Office close to MTR station

I was in the Sales & Marketing Department. I aware that is a regular on shift and on site work (4-5 days per week) which they hadn't mention that during the interview and when signing the contract. Although I double clarify with their HR and they still said just work on site when it is required so mostly it would be in the office with normal office working hour. Very traditional hierarchy company with very old mind colleagues.
