I can agree with the high-turn over and being an industry standard. They have recently moved to a new type of agency agile process. Like all processes, it will take time to perfect and reach the point of maturity. I believe this had a big impact on the recent turnover, but will ultimately become a great process for all and help them achieve greater success in the future.
