Outside of manufacturing they are not very organized Outside sales reps are not held accountable in any way. It is basically an engineering driven company with a few people directing the products and the company as a whole . They where market leaders at one time but do not differentiate themselves much in the market. Most of their products work well although some products are pieced together and difficult to represent.
