1- Delayed salaries your payroll will be counted from 1st of the month but you will be getting the salary on 15th of the month seriously. 2- If you got late even two minutes than they'll cut down your salary even by providing them the legitimate reason. 3- Hidden HR policies they'll never share you the correct policies and will hide the policies with you. 4- They don't have the budget to pay salaries in full to their employees even after cutting the tax they'll somehow manage to cut your salary in any other way. Be cautious with them.
