Upper management represents the spectrum of Ivory. If your skin color falls on the spectrum you will get promoted or groomed into a management position. They claim to value diversity, yet only 8% of the staff represents women of color. If you're the "wrong" color you will not be promoted. In fact, you will have a hard time moving around.
