-What pros? I don't think there are any. At first it was a good time. The place is huge so there's a lot to see and learn. -There are Campers with a lot of gross, If sold you can make a lot of money. But they are likely broken down and need to be ran through service

-It's 100% commission and almost no leads. Probably because the company is doing so poorly? -They watch on hidden cameras -Once something is sold you will never know your commission until the Service team sucks all money you might have made out of the deal. (Everything has to be ran through service before a sale) What could have been 5k deal can turn into a couple hundred after service. Some times its' legit but most of the time its BS. -10 hour plus days where you might have one lead but you have to remain in the building at all times. This will take a major toll on work life balance. -Must come in on your day off if something you sold is being picked up. This can lead to working 7 days a week. -You cannot talk with one another which can lead to a write up.
