The food and service are good enough that the restaurant stays busy most of the time. The people I worked with were great

Corporate is constantly changing procedures, expectations, and even setup of the restaurant to the point where no one knows what the standards ever are Checks have bounced for multiple people and corporate gives no explanation or care Firing happens with no warning and no reasoning

Great money. Great clientele. Great location.

It's always management. People had a hard time getting days off or a regular schedule if they hadn't asked for certain days upon hiring. The schedule would be sent out sometimes the night before the shift super late so you couldn't make plans ahead of time. That said, I did eventually get a regular schedule.
