      The only positive thing here is the good health benefits package.

      The leadership of Leapwork is filled with terrible and incompetent people. If decent leaders replace the current ones, this company would perform way better, and it would be excellent for the employees. Unfortunately, the current ones are incompetent and toxic, and their mindset doesn't show genuine leadership.

      1. Worst kind of work being EM, cross functional work is impossible to achieve as people put their ego first. 2. You can't get the work done 3. Talented and Intelligent people leave or they become scapegoats and are unfortunately fired. 4. HRs play safe just hang around with leadership and do hire and fire job, safest job in the company is the India HR department. No change from past many years. 5. CX director don't do anything themselves and put pressure on their team members, and during appraisal, does favoritism and biases.
