Workload is insane- the new company line is that we will no longer have a 5 tour cap each day. The reason we have a cap on the total number of tours per day is so that we are able to be present in our schools and mange the day to day. Even 5 hours of a 9 hour work day being tours is too much but atleast doable if necessary. More than that is insane. We will be unable to help keep the families that we enroll because we will be too busy to assist them.
Lack of pay.
Lack of acknowledgment of the amount of work assigned.
Sales forward not family forward.
New education system is less involved, does not come out early enough for us to be able to properly implement it.
Overworking staff leads to burnout.
There is no tangible recognition in this company unless you are higher than a director. We are unable to give our staff gifts/lunches.
The instruction to have a holiday party/ team building activity is that staff have to pay or if we’re doing a meal that the staff should bring in food like a potluck. That’s not appropriate.
Cleaning is an issue and is very high up on the company’s list of requirements but we are not given adequate time/ staff to do so.
Teachers are somehow supposed to get everything done at nap time- assessments, lesson prep, cleaning, answering parent messages all while hoping the class sleeps for an hour and a half.
