Pluspunten
The laid-back approach gives employees an opportunity to shine through hard work. Everyone's pretty flexible in terms of scheduling – come in late, leave early, and summer Fridays. They've done some really fantastic work with a variety of clients and tend to attract new business through word-of-mouth from happy clients, which is exciting for employees. Plus, there are always donuts on Fridays.
Minpunten
Depending on the team you work on, departments can feel very siloed. There's also a huge gap in employee experience, meaning that there are young kids just out of college and well-established lifers who never left, but not too many people in between, in terms of experience. Account managers have a tendency to just say "yes" to clients, rather than acting as strategic partners. Compensation is unbelievably low. In my next role, I increased my salary by 35% and heard that I could have gone even higher. Benefits are really the bare minimum.
