Minpunten
Initially, during joining Lexinnova, initially you are pampered a bit and made to feel that it is a good organisation, top notch in its segment and similar kind of things. However, over the course of time you will soon start realizing, that it is far from any of the above mentioned things. The most important and by far the most downside issue of the organisation is missing of any true manager or leader in the organisation. Major decisions made in the organisation are based on gut feeling and lack any systematic or rational or logical application of empirical or theoretical experiences and thoughts. This has a very serious consequence for people joining as freshers, what it does is basically hampers your growth opportunities as an individual very drastically. You don't have any true inspiration to look up to or learn from to in the organisation. Your first organisation is generally a continuance of your college education by learning practically and getting paid for it, as famously told by Steve Jobs and many more inspirational people of our time. So, just getting paid won't help the cause, it might in the short term, but this review is to help even if you plan to stay about an year or more. Second, you are definitely not going to get your last 1-2 months salary, mainly the day you notify them you'll be leaving the organisation, you won't get paid for the notice period. Either you can jeopardize your situation by leaving without an exit certificate from the organisation or work free for two months. Finally, do talk to other people if you are planning to join this organisation, this is an investment of your time and hard work and there are already so many red flags.
