* fantastic company's support in terms of sales skill, product knowledge and overall satisfaction * fair compensation * tried and tested sales methodology * clear career path * real customer-based approach, face to face is preferred * company invests in sales people * you have a voice in the processes and your impact is visible

Minpunten

* as in any other corporation internal processes (approvals, onboarding, addressing client inquiries etc.) may take forever which may stall sales momentum * some processes are inefficient but there is no or little that can be done about this * at the end of the day you are (or at least feel like) a number in VPs spreadsheet * provided Dell laptops are subpar to say the least

The company has a strong market position and the work is genuinely meaningful. The data and risk solutions space is interesting and the business has real substance behind it. Colleagues are generally knowledgeable and willing to help when you can find the right people.

Minpunten

Onboarding is largely sink-or-swim. New hires inherit work in progress without adequate context, documentation, or ramp-up support. Access to the tools, data, and systems you need to do your job can take weeks to materialize, which puts you behind before you even get started. There’s an expectation of immediate execution without the infrastructure to support it, and little formal process for how campaigns or projects are handed off.
