Employee scores are manipulated in order to let go employees instead of laying off.Temp employees are now being implemented in order to cut costs. If you are popular with management regardless of your performance,you will keep this job and even move up if you can stand to stay.

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Minpunten

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
