Pluspunten

Liberty Mutual is a financially stable company and i have had good claims experiences. Their auto policies are 1 year policies so you don't see 6 month rate changes. There is no shortage of calls. You are as busy as you want to be.

Minpunten

today the call centers are all about selling as fast as you can. Sales goals are set so high that you don't have time to take vacation or time to build rapport with customers and counsel based on customer needs. if you don't make goal, you don't have a job.If you voice your concerns, you better have your resume current.

There are no pros to working here. I just thought of one, you have a chance to work remotely so you don’t have to see your toxic, incompetent manager in person every day.

Toxic, hostile culture Favoritism to the extreme 50-60 hours a week work but get paid for 40 Being forced to give your manager a 9-10 on a survey when they don’t deserve it to avoid fear of retaliation Coworkers crying and having panic attacks on a daily basis Just everything
