This pays well as a starting gig post-grad. There is a lot of opportunity at the company, but it really depends which department you end up working in.
Minpunten
Management is a major con working here. I encountered several incompetent managers who somehow managed to stick around to bring their high performers down. Senior management was also unreachable, they really liked to reinforce their position in the hierarchical structure and make sure they were out of reach for anyone below them. They almost acted as though they were celebrities that were too good to work with anyone below their pay grade.
