Flexible hours, good salary at start, phone and internet reimbursement

Minpunten

No communication from management, minimal raises, gym membership is good if you live close to the gym where you work at (Chanhassen is platinum level but all the gyms towards the middle of minneapolis are a higher level. If you work at corporate you will be set as platinum.), minimal career development in tech area of corp., HR hiring process is a nightmare, impossible to get tech training (even at the <$100 level, was told 'no'). Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

Minpunten

Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Minpunten

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
