      Pluspunten

      Great company with incredible products and services. In my opinion no one in the industry does what Life Time does at a level that it does it. Loves to hire from within. Pay is good for General manager and above. I will always believe in what Life time does.

      Minpunten

      Work life balance is not great for General Managers. Tons of expectations and no real recognition. Not to many pats on the back. Not seeing your family a lot is a price you will pay as a General Manager at LTF.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Minpunten

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pluspunten

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Minpunten

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
