      Great concept for health and fitness and overall a good company to work for but the lack of direction in upper management made it difficult to move forward.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Minpunten

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
