Free gym membership and discounted services, which are still pricey. I can get a haircut for $10, the same one would cost me $25 in the Life Time Spa.

Minpunten

No balance between work life and personal life. Expectations too much on managers to work 6 days, sometimes 7 days a week. I've seen General Mangers hire unfairly, on biases and vindictiveness, rather than objective, rational, hiring to the best qualified candidate. I've seen General Managers violate company policy that has led to jeopardizing member safety, especially in the pool area.

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
