The culture and atmosphere here is that of family. Regardless of location, you are greeted with hello walking down the hall. I have worked here for a little over a year and have had extremely positive experiences. My boss has spent a great deal of time with me training me for what to expect and provides guidance when needed. The employees here make the department feel like a family and are genuinely concerned with each other's well being. People that work here and have stayed here long term believe in the mission and I can see this everyday in the work they do.
