If you believe in the mission, it feels good to contribute to. Coworkers are all lovely people–feels like a tight-knit second family since we all spent so much time working together. The management in the Northwest is approachable and friendly, but can feel disconnected from headquarters in Virginia Beach.
Minpunten
Work-life balance can challenging, especially in production and recovery positions. On-call hours can be demanding and overtime is not only expected, it is often the norm. This can be great when you're young and single, ready to work a ton of hours for the OT to add up. Not such a great thing when you have a family and feel like you hardly see them.
