Minpunten
In all departments women were making less than their male counterparts (if there were any women at all). Women are not respected. There were several stories I heard about male employees harassing women on the floor. I was warned by several employees to stay away from specific colleagues because they had a history of making people cry. An older male colleague called me a derogatory word when I asked him for information pertinent to my work. When I complained to management I was told to "suck it up." I was criticized by one of the owners for focusing on my work rather than socializing with colleagues. There is no such thing as work/life balance, especially if you want to grow within the company. Pay was consistently late and was never given a real answer on why or when it would be deposited into employee accounts. Office gossip is out of control and the walls are very, very thin. The building is not accessible for people with disabilities.
