I've been employed by various companies for a little over a decade. I had not yet experienced the sheer levels of commitment, enthusiasm and openness among colleagues and upper management prior to joining Lightyear. If you are interested in the cause and are looking for truly inspiring, friendly and over-the-top smart colleagues, I believe Lightyear is the place to be.

By having its production facilities in Helmond, Lightyear stays true to its roots, but may miss out on the allure and potentially attracting more international talent which may be associated with having an office in e.g. Amsterdam.
