Let's be clear. Likeable Local is a start-up. It is a fast-paced, high risk, high reward environment. If you are in your 20's and looking to get paid more than you are worth, resign or don't apply. If you want to be part of something at the ground level that is primed for massive growth, be inspired by a passionate leadership team, and enhance your resume with excellent real-world experience, then this is the place for you. The team is truly a family and adheres to a work hard, play hard mentality. Salaries are slightly below market value, but hey, that's the trade-off working for a start-up! If you want a higher than market salary, you'll have to apply to a slow, mature, established firm. Those typically don't provide the energy and excitement that a company such as Likeable affords. Pick your poison. If you are going into marketing or sales, however, they have a very lucrative commission/bonus plan that will more than make up for the salary issue. They are primed for growth and career advancement opportunities are a real possibility if you apply yourself.
