The uncertainty and inexperience of the leadership team allows for a strong work life balance due to lack of direction.

Minpunten

This entrepreneurial pursuit is more about the ego of the leadership team and less about producing quality content. The individuals at the top are inexperienced and lack the professional experience to truly bring the CEOs vision to life. The company has rebranded year over year, resulting in multiple name changes.... all future employees should do their homework and research all past names... Inboxlab, Likemind, Optimism, Optimism Digital, etc. The constant shift in direction is a result of poor management and lack of accountability. Unfortunately, the employees at the bottom are most impacted by these shifts/changes.

Great perks within the company to add literal value to employees. People are nice & try to build a welcoming culture. Failed while transitioning to distributed work-force, culture & connection definitely lost

Minpunten

Uneven & unfair workloads throughout company. Lots of politicking & favoritism from top down.

The feedback shared by past, current, and future team members continues to guide our business decisions and strengthen our entire ecosystem of brands. As a former employee, we are extremely grateful for your commitment and dedication to the team, especially as we transitioned to a fully remote environment. The flexibility and work-life balance it has provided to everyone has been a huge benefit for us all. We will be the first to admit that navigating through this change was initially a challenge. Communication between teams remains a heightened area of focus as we strive to build a more connected, inclusive, and diverse culture. We’ll continue to bring our team together at quarterly all-hands meetings and communicate our vision for the months ahead and answer any questions brought up by our team members. As you know, we also host monthly team events to bring everyone together and take a break from their daily routines to connect with their peers. We recently wrapped up an amazing conversation with a guest speaker who talked to us about the power of pronouns… we all walked away with newfound knowledge. Culture and connection will always be a top priority of ours and we cannot wait to celebrate another amazing year at our virtual holiday party to wrap up 2021. We wish you the best in the year ahead and hope you are thriving in your new role!
