Work was consistent and there were opportunities to learn on-site through different construction tasks. A good place to gain initial experience in the industry.

I was not unionized, even though the job was under a union environment. Some people took advantage of this by paying me less than the proper union wage. The work is physically demanding and the communication between supervisors and workers is poor. Long hours and little regard for worker well-being.
