      The top management has extremely big dreams.

      Minpunten

      Top management has no vision and direction for the company. Everything is general and flip-flopping all the time. The boss doesn't know how to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia which is our official business languages, making it very difficult to promote and conduct business let alone grow at all.

      During pandemic lockdown the top bosses had enforced a policy of all employees to work in the office or else to take the unpaid leaves and salaries. The policy resulted in all employees taking the unpaid salaries option until the lockdown was lifted, all for the sake of own safety and the safety of older parents.

      Just want to highlight my plight after working with this company. The Management not filing Income Tax to LHDN and EPF to KWSP after deducted from my monthly salary since year 2020 till to-date. I have to fork out my own money to payoff the portion of unfiled income tax. They are breaching Malaysia Income Tax Act and cheating employees by deducting PCB and EPF but never filed, this is a total unfair treatment. I have filed complains to LHDN and KWSP, hopefully has actions taken against them.
